Refreshments Manufacturers of Iowa, the team behind Offline Cocktails, is bringing new energy to Adel with plans to build a 10,000-square-foot manufacturing facility on a 4.57-acre site.

This $3.82 million investment will be used to mix, can, and package their ready-to-drink cocktails and premium nonalcoholic mocktails for regional and national distribution.
