World Link Exchange

World Link Inc. is a non-profit placement organization who secures families to host international high school students who earned a scholarship from the U.S. Department of State.

These students spend a school year in the United States of America.

World Link Inc. is known as one of the premier placement organizations who provide leadership training for their students.

Our hope is for these students to use the skills they learned while in the U.S. to improve their own countries communities, advance their careers and gain a better understanding about the U.S along with many other countries.

Hosting a student is a wonderful opportunity to make a difference in the world by being a part of the U.S. Department of State’s citizen diplomacy effort to improve our global relationships.

Being a host parent to young adults from other countries provides a new view of the world and numerous learning opportunities.

Host families provide love and support, help students learn, experience a new culture, and create long lasting relationships with people from around the world. The experience is very rewarding!

We work with two programs: YES and FLEX.

Youth Exchange and Study (YES) secures students from the following countries: Albania, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cameroon, Egypt, Gaza, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Israel (Arab Communities), Jordan, Kenya, Kosovo, Kuwait, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Macedonia, Malaysia, Mali, Morocco, Mozambique, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Suriname, Tanzania, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, West Bank and Yemen.

Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) secures students from the following countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Georgia, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Mongolia, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Ukraine.
