Edencrest at Adel Grand Opening June 26

“Hubbell Realty Company has completed its tenth Edencrest senior living community with Edencrest at Adel.
The community has 70 apartment homes with studios, one and two beds and officially opened to residents in early May.
Edencrest Living communities, which are managed by Hubbell’s Highmark Senior Living property management division, span across central Iowa.
This $17 million community has 70 homes: 44 assisted/independent living homes and 26 memory care homes. This community is in the rapidly developing Southbridge neighborhood, on the southern side of Adel along Highway 169. Edencrest at Adel is surrounded by walking trails, a new walk-in health clinic, flourishing neighborhood of homes both for sale and rental, and across the street from the newly announced $58 million ADM high school.

The Grand Opening event will be held Thursday, June 26 from 3-6PM at 621 302nd Place Adel, and will feature home tours, live music, food and drinks. It is free and open to the public to meet the Edencrest at Adel and Highmark management teams.
