The Adel American Legion Auxiliary Unit 464 is helping collect needed items for the DM VA Hospital and DM VA Community Resource & Referral Center to support veterans.

Current items needed are lightweight unisex jackets (L-XL), men’s slip-on shoes (10.5-13), sweatpants and sweatshirts (L-XL), unisex slippers, duffel bags, belts, individually wrapped snacks, and regular and decaf ground coffee.

 The drop-off box is located at 1305 S. 15th Street, Adel, or call Shirley McAdon at (515) 993-4862 for pick up.
