Dallas County Hospital to Host Diabetic Nutrition Class in Adel

Dallas County Hospital will be hosting a Free Diabetic Nutrition Class on Monday, January 16th from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm in the Adel Public Library Community Room.
Dietician Cris Glenn, RD, LD, CDE, will be on hand with information on what diabetes is, how to manage it, meal planning, physical activity, weight loss and medications.
