Iowa State University Extension and Outreach offers nutrition classes to families on limited incomes with children under age 10 or who are expecting a child.
The next session of the Family Nutrition Program begins January 10, 2013, 11:15 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. at Westview Church in Waukee.

Boy Scouts Pinewood Derby Jan. 29th.

You're invited to join Pack 152 for their Annual Pinewood Derby at the old ADM Middle School.
The scouts will be debuting their brand new track purchased with the last two years of popcorn sales.
The event takes place Sunday, January 29th.
Weigh in is at 12:30 p.m. and the races start at 1:30 p.m.

Anytime Fitness Female Self Defense Classes

On Thursday January 26th at 6:30 p.m., Jerry Spargus of Adel will be hosting a informational meeting at the Adel Public Library meeting room.
Jerry will be discussing his intention to host, Female Self Defense Classes at the Anytime Fitness Location in Adel, Iowa.
Jerry will be gauging interest as well as discussing cost.
Anytime Fitness will also be offering special membership rates to participants.

Enjoy the beauty of Dallas County! The Dallas County Conservation Board is offering to two free workshops for beginners.
There will be indoor instruction, outside practice, and an invitation to ski the beautiful prairie trails of Dallas County. Skis provided by DCCB, or bring your own.
Registration is required for this free program.
ADM Youth Spring Soccer Registration Now Open

Spring Soccer is available for ages 5-19 .
Spring Season Games are played on weekends: mid-April to early June.
There are 2 walk-in registrations dates that will be held in the middle school commons: Jan. 10th 5:30-8pm, and Jan. 21st 8am-11am.
