Creations With a Twist at the Library

The Adel Public Library will have a "Creations With a Twist" event on Tuesday, June 7th.
There will be a combination of amazing balloon art crafted into many different shapes and stories.
"Creations With a Twist" will be held in the library community room at 1:30 p.m.
It promises to be a fun time for all.

Story times are a valuable way of exposing children to early literacy skills.
Storytimes are also a great way for kids to socialize, play and just have fun with their peers while listening, singing and doing crafts.
They even provide a fun time for parents and caregivers to socialize with one another.
Preschoolers ages 3-5 may come either Monday or Thursday at 10:30am. Toddlers ages 3 and under are invited on Tuesdays at 10:30 am.
Both groups are invited to participate in Preschool Music Time on Thursdays at 10:30 a.m. beginning June 16. Parents or caregivers may read aloud to children to earn coins and get prizes.
So mark your calendars for a fun, educational time at the Adel Library!
Coed State Golf Tournament at River Valley Golf Course

The River Valley Golf Course will be hosting the Iowa Coed State Golf Tournament.
The event is June 7th just North of Adel in the scenic River Valley.
Play is started as a shotgun start at 9 AM.
Volunteers are welcomed, if you would like to help out on all or one of the days, please feel free to contact us.
