Get Fit! with the Adel Public Library!
Join fellow library patrons on a two-mile walk held three mornings a week.
The walks begin at 9am and end at 9:30am.
It is recommended that you bring comfortable shoes, bottled water, and weather appropriate clothing.
The schedule of walks this month are October 4th, 5th, 7th. October 11th, 12th, 14th. October 18th, 19th, 21st, and October 25th, 26th, 28th.
City of Adel Iowa to Host Sustainability Workshop October 5th

The City of Adel will host a Sustainability Workshop on Tuesday, October 5th at 5:30pm at Adel City Hall.
The free 2 hour session will go into detail on sustainable initiatives in the areas of: Public Policy & Planning, Renewable Energy, Neighborhoods & Housing, and Streetscape & Infrastructure.
A sustainable consulting group will deliver content regarding discussion on using policy strategies to engage community members, examples of sustainable design practices including

You can choose from many items such as wreaths in different sizes, candy canes, door swags, and roping.

Dig Pink with ADM Volleyball!

The ADM high school volleyball teams will be raising money for the fight against Breast Cancer at Dig Pink Night at Dallas Center- Grimes.
Join us Tuesday, October 5th at DCG. The freshman and JV will play at 5:30pm. The Varsity game starts at 7pm.
Cheer for ADM and show your support by wearing pink to the game.
