Registrations for Adult Golf Lessons, offered by the Adel Parks and Recreation, are due by August 9th!
The lessons are offered to adults 18 years and up by instructor Matt Juergens, former golf pro.
The cost is $40.00 per participant with lessons August 10- 12th from 7- 8:15pm.

American Girl Tea Party at the Adel Public Library

Children and caregivers are invited to the annual American Girl Tea Party to be held in the Adel Public Library Tuesday, August 10th at 2pm.
This will be a dress-up occasion, boys and girls, so put on your best and come enjoy a craft, fancy foods and other fun.
Children are asked to bring their American Girl Doll or their favorite doll or stuffed animal. Everyone will need to register at by Friday, August 6th to participate!

Kids Lego Contest at the Adel Public Library
[ August 10, 2010; 10:00 am to 11:00 am. ]
Show off your Lego building skills at the Adel Public Library's Annual Lego Building contest Tuesday, August 10th from 10-11 am.
The competition will be intense as children build their towering works of art.
Legos will be provided but contestests may bring their own. Everyone will be given an hour to build their creations.
Prizes will be awarded in various categories after judging. No registration is required.
