Adel Ground Breaking Ceremony - Updated With Gallery

There will be a ground breaking ceremony to kick-off the 2010 Brick Street Rehabilitation project Wednesday, June 9th at 5pm.
The ceremony will take place at the intersection of 9th Street and Main Street, on the corner of the Courthouse Square.

Brick Street Project: Meet the Contractors

Join us Wednesday, June 9th at 6pm to meet the project manager from Manatt's, Inc. at Adel City Hall.
The meeting will include discussion of the overall approach of the project, scheduling, and phasing.
There will also be a Question and Answer session.
Junior Golf Clinics at River Valley Golf

Sign up for junior golf clinics June 7th - 10th and July 12 - 15th from 9am - 11:30am.
These clinics are put on by PGA Professional Josh Barnes with help from local coaches and players. Kids will experience time on the range learning the basics and time on the course practicing their new skills.
Art In The Park Deadlines

Art In The Park
This program offers a variety of projects and activities designed for youth in grades 1-6. Participants will do arts/crafts in the open air shelters at Evans and Kinnick-Feller Parks in Adel. The June 14-18th session will be held at Evans Park and the July 12-16th session will be held at Kinnick-Feller Park.
Projects will include Origami, A recycling collage, leaf printing, drawing, weaving/tying and much more!
