ADM Soccer Club 2012 Soccer Camp Aug. 14 - 17th
Sign up now for youth spring soccer with the ADM Soccer Club!
The ADM Soccer Club is offering a summer soccer camp for all students entering 1st through 8th grade.
The camp is hosted by ADM High School Boys and Girls Soccer Coaches Bill Shields and Al Hofmann, along with current and past players. Proceeds will help benefit the boys and girls programs. Camp information is as follows:
- Registration fee: $45 (includes camp t-shirt and ball)
- Registration deadline: Friday, Aug. 3rd.
- Location: Island Park Soccer Complex, Adel
- Dates: Tuesday through Friday, August 14 - 17th.
- Ages:
- 1st through 4th graders will be 7:00 - 8:00 PM, with check-in at 6:45 PM on Tuesday, Aug. 14
- 5th through 8th graders will be 7:30 - 9:00 PM, with check-in at 7:15 PM on Tuesday, Aug. 14

Complete the registration form with child's grade and t-shirt size.
Click on the submit button on the upper right of the form then click "OK" on the two pop-ups to create the e-mail form then send.
If you are unable to create the form, save locally on your computer and send to tigeriowasoccer@gmail.com as an attachment.
You will receive a confirmation when registration form is received.
