4th Annual "Ride Your Hawgs for the Dogs" Aug. 25th 2012

The good folks at AHeinz57 Pet Rescue and Transport are holding their 4th Annual "Ride Your Hawgs for the Dogs" Charity Motorcycle Poker-Run, August 25th.

This year riders will start at Sambetti's in Des Moines, makes a North-East loop back to Norwood Inn, Nordwoodville for food and prizes.

The Grand Prize for best hand is a trip to any RCI location in the continental US.

Prizes will be also be given out for Best and Worst Hand including Harley Davidson tee shirts,other Harley items, gift cards, and more!

There will even be a 50/50 raffle.

"Proceeds from the poker run will be used to care for homeless dogs in Dallas County, dogs on death row in rural Iowa shelters, and death row dogs needing transportation across Iowa to other no-kill rescues. Entry fee:
$20 which includes one poker hand.
$25 which includes one poker hand and one tee shirt (While supplies last).
Additional poker hands can be purchased for $10.
Pre-registrations are always welcome!

Check-in begins at 11:00 a.m. the ride starts at 12:30 p.m.
