A New Year brings a new session of yoga classes in Adel.
Class meets at the Raccoon Community Bank House, 11th and Main Street, on Wednesday evenings starting February 29th from 5:45 to 6:45 pm.
Yoga is great for regaining strength and flexibility and for releasing stress.
Class fee is $10 each or 6 classes for $55.
