Adel Partners 16th Annual Holiday Open House

Mark your calendars and join us in Adel, Iowa for the 16th Annual Holiday Open House on Friday, December 3rd from 5- 7pm.

See holiday window displays, wandering carolers, and sample holiday recipes at over 40 Adel businesses.

Take part in the tradition as you pick up recipe cards at each location for the special holiday treats.

As a new tradition this year, items for a child’s craft will be collected as visitors make there way from business to business.

Children will pick-up and take these items to Santa’s Workshop, located at the Raccoon Valley Community House, where kids can meet Santa Claus!

Families are also invited to partake in the Adel Public Library's storybook event, "Clifford's Christmas Walk". As the kids leave Santa's workshop they will see the first page of Clifford's Christmas Story. They will then follow the path of shepherd's hooks by the Adel Stage and Pavilion reading the story as they go!

The Adel Partners Chamber of Commerce will be providing maps of all the participating locations so stop by People's Bank to find where home based businesses have set up displays around town!

At 7:30pm, the 4th annual Holiday Lighted Parade will proceed along Rapids Street, turn south on 10th, east on Court St, south on 9th, west on Main, and north on 10th.
