Gentle Yoga Class
A new series of yoga classes will begin on Wednesday, August 18th at the Adel Library.
The classes will be held from 5:45-6:45pm. This gentle exercise can be done on the floor (bring your own mat or blanket) or in a chair.
Yoga offer students the opportunity to explore the link between breath, body movement, and wellness.
Yoga is also a way to reconnect with the body and it's own innate wisdom. This class will offer students the tools to live fully and balanced, on and off the mat. All ages and genders welcome.
The cost is $10 per class or 6 classes for $55. Registration is preferred by August 18th but this class is ongoing and students can drop in and out at any time. If you would like to join this group, please contact Mary Lea at 515-993-4691.
