Alternative Access During Construction

Downtown Adel Businesses

The Adel businesses downtown are open for business during the brick street construction.

As the crews begin to pour the sidewalk, access to your favorite shops and services may change.

Please stay tuned as more businesses add their access information.

Reich Law Firm
As always, we have side door access along Nile Kinnick road. This doorway is marked with the Reich Law Firm sign.

Adel Auto Parts Corporation, Napa
For the length of the street project we have accessibility through our back door. This door is marked with a sign "Napa Entrance".

We also have 15 minute parking for our customers in the alley behind our store in
Parking Permit area # 1, # 2, and  # 4. All other Permit area’s are tow-away zones.

Iowa Title Company
We have a marked back entrance in the alley. Customers may enter and follow the long hallway to the front of the office for service.

A parking spot is available directly adjacent to the cement patio on the South side and is handicap accessible.

Russell Slater Insurance
Please call ahead due to construction in front of the building. We will be able to make arrangements with you to suit your needs! 515-993-3515.

Russell Abstract
We have back door access through the alleyway behind our building. The door is marked with a sign "Russell Abstract".

Jennings Law Office
At this time our business is accessible through the front door with use of a plywood bridge. As always, we have side door access along 9th street as well.

Adel HealthMart
We have opened up the back parking lot located directly behind the store.

There is one designated handicap parking spot. The back door entrance is handicap accessible. Our delivery service will be offered multiple times daily as needed or required.

Please feel free to go ahead and use our back parking lot and back door at any time. Even though our street is not currently closed, parking is limited.
