In spite of the weather outside, now is a good time to apply for a summer job.
Adel Parks & Recreation has a number of seasonal jobs available this summer.
These positions include lifeguards and concession stand workers.
Applications are available at Adel City Hall and online at www.adeliowa.org.

Aquatic Center Staff Wanted
Manager & Assistant Manager
Minimum qualifications: American Red Cross Lifeguarding/First Aid, CPR (updated within the last year), and some management or head guard experience. Pay is based on ex-perience ($10.00—$12.00 per hour). Applica-tions are due by Friday, March 20.

Parks & RecreationOpenings
Approximately 40 hours per week. Work includes mowing City parks, cemeteries, and ball fields. Pay is based on experience ($10.00—$11.00 per hour). Applications are due by Friday, March 20.
Potential for 4-5 games per week umpiring for Youth Baseball & Softball games. $30.00 per game. Applications are due by Friday, March 27.
Concession Stand Workers
Workers for both the ball fields and the Adel Family Aquatic Center are needed. 15 hours per week. Responsible for opening/closing the stand and stocking/preparing/selling the food items. Must be at least 16 years of age. $8.00—$8.25 per hour. Applications are due by Friday, March 27.
Holy Week March 29th — April 4th and Easter Sunday — April 5th.
